Janet made this classic quilt for her daughter as a wedding
present.
The wedding was the weekend just past, and luckily the weather
was good. We have been having some
really hot days over the past few weeks, and we have another hot day forecast
for tomorrow.
I quilted an allover freehand feather design like I did on Barb’s quilt last year. It shows beautifully on
the plan fabric, and gives the quilt lovely texture.
