Coffee Mariner’s Compass

Heather’s daughter asked for a beige quilt for her 40th birthday, and this is the result.  I love the subtle beige and coffee tones.

Heather asked me to McTavish around the star, and the rest of the quilt combined ditch stitching, feathers and continuous curve.

I love the back too.

  7. Hi Desley, I wrote a rather long post earlier, but it has gone into the abyss of missing posts. Anyway, your quilting is brilliant, and I love it!
