Anthea is well known for her gorgeous and detailed appliqué,
and this quilt is no exception. It is a
shame it was a very dull day when I took these photos and they don’t show the
detail as much as I would like.
I saw my role when quilting this quilt was to simply
emphasise Anthea’s appliqué which I did with a mixture of background fills,
outlining and ditch stitching.
